Time is the most precious commodity that humanity has, because it can only be given away; it cannot be produced. Each day and moment is a gift from the Creator Himself. On this side of heaven, we are confined to the boundaries of time. It is within those boundaries that God shows us the value of each breath He gives to us. That is why…how we spend our time matters.
The majority of the clients that we serve in this ministry feel simultaneously like they have too much time, with no way to spend the hours, while also being keenly aware that it is speeding by them, leaving them on the sidelines.
While time and serving often go hand in hand, below you will see ways in which you can provide your gift of time while indirectly serving the ministry.
- Prayer is, first and foremost, the best way to spend your time.
- Assembling gift baskets at home
- Crocheting or knitting items at home for clients
